Lorien 1.x has all the features that end users have come to expect from a haven. The command set closely resembles that of Chris Eleveld's traditional haven and as such differs slightly from those of the Hotel California and CL (Opium Den). The installation is quick and painless per the provided documentation. The server is small and efficient --- its in-memory size is less than half the size of Minihaven. Lorien remains unchallenged as the most tested chat server on the planet and has been ported to more than twenty platforms including:
