What a pity

She's standing alone

what's wrong with her,

Does she hate us?

I could go over to her

But she might turn me away

Is it worth risking

If she likes it that way?

Does she like being "independent"

No one to turn to...

On her own two feet

I don't think she's as tough as she looks

What would happen if I hugged her?

Is she scared of touch,

Of feeling...

Of loving?

I'll let her be

Someone else can take the chance

I hope they can break through

I have my own problems
